Internship focused around Full Stack web development for a startup company called Chronwell. Created a working prototype with JavaScript under the Angular framework, with responsive design centered around Google's Material Design specifications. Worked with several API's on the backend including Google's Cloud API's and IBM Watson, implementing features that will eventually modernize the worker's compensation industry.

Accomplishments:

  • Developed a functional prototype that Chronwell will use to demonstrate the capabilities of AI and ease-of-use to potential clients.

  • Worked in a team environment where I learned tools needed to collaborate, and meet deadlines and complete projects.

Worked as an intern at a local IT company serving primarily business clients. Coded programs in VB.NET designed for use in IT to automate tasks done on at least sixty clients, including creating an all-in-one technician "toolbox" application. Completed daily IT-related tasks, including rebuilding and troubleshooting computers, and delivering fixed computers to clients. Worked with employees, developing creative solutions to resolve client-specific IT problems.

  • Resolved one of the most time-intensive tasks for Palindrome Consulting employees by streamlining the Windows Update process for Windows 7, completing it in as little as three hours, rather than up to half a day.
